Criminal Defense Investigations

We are currently only working limited criminal defense cases until our newest investigators are vetted and ready to go. They should be up and running in a few weeks! We are very lucky and excited to have them!
In the realm of criminal defense, the stakes are incredibly high. A person's freedom, reputation, and future often hinge on the outcome of their case. By meticulously examining every aspect of a case, our investigators can help ensure that no detail is overlooked. Our investigators are trained to work closely with defense attorneys to spot inconsistencies, gather new information, and verify facts that can support the defense's case. They provide detailed reports that can highlight weaknesses and raise reasonable doubt. This thorough approach not only helps in constructing a solid defense but also ensures that the legal process is fair and just for the accused. Our investigators are familiar with the rules of discovery and the importance of evidence integrity. Our investigators bring a level of detail and dedication to their work that is invaluable to criminal defense attorneys.

Person Location Services

An investigation to locate a missing person can be initiated when someone disappears under unclear, involuntary, or suspicious circumstances. Our investigators employ various methods, including interviews with acquaintances, analysis of the missing person's digital footprint, and collaboration with local authorities. The goal is to trace the individual's last known movements, uncover leads, and locate the person safely. Any person may choose to keep their location secret for various reasons, and we respect that. We will only conduct investigations to locate people with the following conditions:
1. A legal or legitimate reason means that the business or individual has some sort of legal or legitimate matter to clear up with them. We will provide contact information to businesses or individuals who are involved in some type of legal matter with the subject. The client will need to provide verifiable proof of the need.
2. A personal reason means that an individual has or had a personal or other relationship connection. We will attempt to contact the person and ask them whether they wish to have contact with you. We will not simply provide their contact information, but we are willing to contact that person and advise you of their safety and response.

Insurance Fraud

An insurance fraud investigation aims to uncover false claims deliberately made to secure unwarranted financial gain from insurance policies. Our investigators analyze claim histories, conduct surveillance, and interview claimants and witnesses to detect discrepancies and evidence of fraud. Their findings help insurance companies prevent financial losses and ensure policy integrity.

Background Checks

A background investigation scrutinizes an individual's history to verify their identity, qualifications, and integrity. It encompasses criminal records, employment history, education, and references. Conducted for employment, security clearances, legal or personal purposes, it ensures candidates meet specific criteria, mitigating risks and fostering trust.

Mobile Notary Services

A notary public is a person of integrity appointed and commissioned by the Secretary of State to verify a signer's identity and notarize their important documents. A mobile notary is a notary public who travels to you to perform notarial acts. We come to a place that is convenient to you, including your home, office, a public place such as a library or coffee shop, senior/assisted livings, hospitals, and jails. A notary public's duty is to screen for the signer's true identity, their willingness to sign, and their awareness of the contents of the document or transaction. Our investigators have all completed the training and testing necessary to become a certified notary public for the State of Oregon. Please contact us for an appointment.
